Come visit and learn how you can be a part of the exciting new opportunities at the Creative Artist Think Tank Studio, a versatile blank canvas space with endless possibilities. Be inspired by our “toolbox”, explore the process and detail of the creative minds that share the space. See a sneak preview of Marguerite Rodgers Editions and Collection, selected products from The Stephanie Odegard Company, artwork provided by InLiquid, turned objects by BMA Woodworks and flowers by Jig-Bee. Have your portrait taken by Sergio Bucciarelli Photography and hopefully leave with a new addition to your family (adoptable pets from the PSPCA have already accepted our invitation!).

Old City Fest Design Showcase
The Design Showcase, opening during Old City Fest and hosted by The Center for Art in Wood, will feature actual room settings created by Marguerite Rodgers Interior Design using an eclectic array of furnishings, objects and art curated by Barbara Harberger, exclusively from Old City shops and galleries. Defining a Profession: Shifting Directions
Moore College of Art & Design’s Jim Miller will moderate an extension of last year’s insightful panel discussion with several of Philadelphia’s leading women interior designers and the new directions of their practices. Panelists include Marguerite V. Rodgers, Floss Barber, Karen Daroff and Barbara Eberlein.

DesignPhiladelphia Closing Event: Design Crawl in Old City
Celebrate the closing night of the 11th annual DesignPhiladelphia Festival in the heart of Old City! Start the evening off at The Center for Art in Wood, where you’ll get a last chance to see this year’s Design Showcase, created by Marguerite Rodgers Interior Design with art curated by Barbara Harberger. Tour the showcase and watch a short “in-the-making” film. Hear from the curators, meet the shop owners, gallerists and adoptable pets from PAWS.
