Chef Jon Cichon calls his cuisine “Progressive International,” but basically he applies classical technique of the finest French and Continental cooking to a culturally broader palate of ingredients, resulting in dishes you won’t find elsewhere, like smoked veal tongue or red king crab with sunflowers, miso, apple and turnip. The creative offerings at Lacroix at The Rittenhouse in Philadelphia pair well with the 4,000 bottle wine cellar, both served with stunning views over Rittenhouse Square.

High Street Outpost

We are proud to announce that we will be designing the first High Street outpost in Manhattan in collaboration with Ellen Yin and chef Eli Kulp – Stay tuned for more details!

Buoyed by its successful first year and a half, High Street on Market – the casual sibling of Fork in Old City – plans to open a second location in late summer or early fall in Lower Manhattan.

Ellen Yin and chef Eli Kulp have signed a deal at the corner of Hudson and Horatio Streets in the West Village. The concept – ingredient-driven American foods and baked goods served from breakfast through dinner in a cozy cafe setting – will remain. This location is a third larger than the original at 308 Market St.

Somehow, they’ve found room for a baby grand piano.

A Champagne and Caviar Lounge Is Popping Up at Fork for the New Year. This year’s New Year’s Eve celebration at Fork will include a luxe lounge experience — baby grand, snacks of the one percent, and all. A mini preview lounge will pop up by the bar on December 26, then expand into the restaurant’s private dining room to provide a suitably festive atmosphere for NYE.

Old City Fest 2014

We would like to thank the Old City District for allowing us to curate a space for the 1st annual Old City Fest. We transformed a raw space into an urban dwelling featuring actual room settings with an eclectic selection of furnishings, objects and art, exclusively from Old City shops and galleries. The event was a tremendous success and truly demonstrated the creativity and beauty found in Old City. We wish to thank all of the participants, without your help this event would not have been possible.
