Lowell House at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA
Marguerite Rodgers is excited to be collaborating with KieranTimberlake, on the updating Lowell House, a Neo-Georgian building built in 1930 and located in the heart of the River Houses. Lowell House is a 203,435 gsf structure accommodating approximately 353 students with an additional 15,395 gsf Master’s residence. The design will be thoughtful and insightful, ensuring a distinctive, timeless and expressive execution of spaces that have a fresh and timeless aesthetic.

Hyatt at the Bellevue Ballroom, Philadelphia, Philadelphia
The renovation of the first and second floor ballroom, pre-function areas, monumental stairway and the hallway to the public restrooms on the second floor at the historic Hyatt at the Bellevue. The design approach will be mindful of the French Renaissance style and landmark status of the Bellevue but with a fresh and timeless aesthetic.

Dorchester Lobby, Philadelphia, Philadelphia
Working with the Association Marguerite Rodgers developed a timeless design and concept for the entrance and lobby that is appropriate to the historic Rittenhouse Square neighborhood and the mid-century modern architecture of The Dorchester.

XIX at Hyatt at the Bellevue, Philadelphia, PA
The iconic XIX welcomes back Marguerite Rodgers to re-imagine the space 14 years later. The design will be consistent with what was previously executed and that the objective is to restore the space, making it feel fresh and new again.
