Fitzwater Cafe

Established In 1999, Fitzwater Café is a family-run institution in Philadelphia. Marguerite Rodgers collaborated with the owners, bringing their vision of an Italian neighborhood café to fruition. A gathering place with perennial charm, the interior greets guests with Rodgers’ rich use of materials, including the zinc bar, marble-topped tables, sandblasted glass mirrors, and evocative tin ceiling. Located adjacent to the owners’ original, longstanding enterprise, The Saloon Restaurant, Fitzwater Café offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a bakery to serve both restaurants.
