Rittenhouse Apartment

Upon entering this apartment, the bold Fromenthal wallcovering and shimmering gold ceiling provide a warm embrace. The team collaborated with the clients for over a decade to achieve a dramatic, yet comfortable interior. The iteration shown here resulted after an adjacent apartment was purchased and incorporated. The additional square footage allowed for a den/home office, bathroom, and breakfast room. The process of addressing contained spaces within set scheduling was deliberate, if unusual, and culminated in a cohesive atmosphere framed by darkly painted baseboards and doors. The custom cabinetry and millwork throughout was fabricated by Contemporary Artisans. The custom kitchen sideboard was fabricated by Staack Moore Woodworking.
